Provisional data of the Central Statistical Bureau (CSB) published December 13 show that, compared to the 3rd quarter of 2023, in the 3rd quarter of 2024 prices of dwellings rose by 5.4 % .
Prices of new dwellings increased by 11.9 %, and the average price level of existing dwellings rose by 3.3 %.
Compared to the 2nd quarter of 2024, in the 3rd quarter of 2024 prices of dwellings went up by 3.5 %. Prices of new dwellings increased by 0.5 %, and prices of existing dwellings – by 4.4 %.
Compared to 2015, in the 3rd quarter of 2024 prices of dwellings were 103.9 % higher. Prices of new dwellings increased by 115.5 %, but of existing dwellings – by 100.1 %.
