Autumn breeze has been whirling through Latvia – but don’t let it scare you! Here are some events indoors and outdoors for a fun weekend.
Robert’s Books shop (Dzirnavu Street 51) hosts a conversation between the creators of two recently published books looking at space and society in post-Soviet regions: “Baltic Stories” – Liāna Ivete Beņķe and Anete Ušča, and “Tolyatti” – Guido Sechi. Everyone is invited to take part in the discussion, take a closer look at the books and enjoy a glass of wine or coffee together.
If the weather conditions allow the event will take place outside (current forecasts – sunny with a chance of clouds!)
Saulart Synergia festival is an event series “about the symbiosis of multimedia culture”. Visual arts, flow arts, lectures and workshops will be mixed together with two nights of uplifting music from September 17 to 19, Viskaļu Street 36.
