Latvia recorded 116 new COVID-19 on November 23 according to the Disease Prevention and Control Center (SPKC). The total number of cases since the start of the pandemic now stands at 13,236. 2,256 tests were carried out in the previous 24-hours of which 5.1% were positive, down on the 9.2% rate the previous day.
