Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda has yet to decide on Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis’ proposal to give a top state award to Jarosław Kaczyński, the leader of Poland’s conservative Law and Justice party. Lithuania’s brand database has received an application to register the brand ‘Tėvynės labui’ (‘For the Fatherland’), a slogan linked to Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis. The application was filed on December 2 in the name of the prime minister, the tv3.lt news website reports.
