On November 6, Britain sentenced a teenager who “advised” a Lithuanian neo-Nazi, who planted a bomb outside Western Union offices in Vilnius in September last year. According to the Coventry Telegraph newspaper, 17-year-old Paul Dunleavy “sent how-to manuals and gave advice on building viable guns to other far-right extremists”. Police in Lithuania arrested a neo-Nazi suspect last year who tried to commit a terror attack, the country’s prosecutors said on Friday.
