A female first lieutenant from the Albanian Armed Forces was killed this morning in Latvia during a mine explosion in Latvia, the Chief of General Staff of the Albanian Armed Forces, Brigadier General Bardil Kolchaku, announced today. Two other soldiers have been injured.
