Lithuanian military launches FPV drone course

Lithuania’s Armed Forces have launched the first course for instructors training to use the so-called FPV drones.

Around ten soldiers are taking part in the two-week course to become instructors. They will then return to their respective units and train other soldiers in using FPV (first-person view) drones.

The training is based on Ukraine’s experience in using cheap drones, which cost as little as several hundred euros to assemble, to strike military targets including tanks.
