178 new Covid-19 cases in Latvia on Saturday

On Saturday, June 12, Latvia recorded 178 new cases of Covid-19 infection, exactly the same number as on Friday, according to the Disease Prevention and Control Center (SPKC). Latvian member of parliament arrested on suspicion of espionage

Riga City Vidzeme District Court decided on Friday to arrest MP Janis Adamsons (Harmony party), suspected of spying for Russia, reported the LETA newswire. The court decision may be appealed at the Riga Regional Court.
