Issuing of digital ID verification services encounters glitches Friday

Registering to Estonia’s three digital ID verification services has been disrupted Friday, following scheduled maintenance work which began just after midnight. Latvia’s fiscal watchdog on Thursday called on the government to rethink any new support measures aimed at mitigating the COVID-19 impact and consider gradually ending the existing support programs. European data this morning in regards to the construction and producer prices have been higher than expectations this morning. Eurozone Construction Output for the months of March (M/M) hit 2.7% vs the previous figure of -2.1%. The year-on-year figure for the same month grew massively to 18.3% (prev -5.8%). Walmart branches in Shenzhen, southern Guangdong Province, have taken canned beer made in Lithuania off the shelves after the city’s market watchdog had a complaint from a customer claiming expiration dates had been tampered with.
